The Paris City Council will meet in regular session this evening at 5:30 and will host a second and final public hearing dealing with the annual tax rate. The city has tasked Interim City Manager Gene Anderson with coming up with a revenue-neutral budget, because of an increase in property values. Members will also consider putting up the Belford Apartments for a sheriff’s sale for a second time. The last sale failed to get the minimum bid of $50,000.
