Paris City Council Says PRMC In Default of Tax Agreement

The Paris City Council has directed City Attorney Stephanie Harris to notify Paris Regional Medical Center that they are in default of the 2012 Tax Abatement Agreement.  The hospital closed the south campus of the hospital, which reportedly violates that agreement. The hospital has 60 days to respond. Lamar County Commissioners have already amended the agreement for the county’s abatement.
