Paris City Council To Consider New Property Ordinances Tonight

The Paris City Council meets in regular session tonight at 5:30 and will consider numerous new ordinances dealing with property maintenance. The new ordinances will be published if they are approved, and will not be enforced until all residents have enough time to become aware of the new regulations. They deal with fire safety, zoning and public health and  sanitation issues.  Violators can be fined anywhere between $500 and $2000.
