Paris City County to Discuss EDC Spec Building and Tattoo Shop

The Paris City Council is expected to consider a proposal from the Paris EDC to construct a spec building. The council is also expected to discuss plans for a new tattoo shop in the 2600 block of Lamar Avenue. The new shop would require a zoning change.
