Paris FD Promotes Three

The Paris Fire Department has issued a press release announcing four promotions in the department. Capt. William McDowell has been promoted to deputy chief; Connor Wideman and Joey Rickman have been promoted to captain and Josey Francis will be promoted to driver-engineer.
