This year’s Festival of Pumpkins in Paris is tomorrow, and the streets downtown will be blocked to traffic entering the Plaza from 5:00 pm Friday to Saturday between 7:00 – 8:00 pm or as soon as the last vendor leaves, and it is safe to reopen the area. There are fewer vendors this year, and each is separated 20-25 Ft.
Downtown Paris will come alive with its 20th Annual Festival of Pumpkins tomorrow with over 40 vendors, kids’ games, pumpkin decorating, costume contests, musical entertainment, food trucks, and more. The City has enacted enhanced health and safety measures for this event.
Vendors will follow the Governor’s latest health mandates, spacing booths appropriately, and marking social distancing perimeters in areas where lines may form. Around the Plaza, you’ll find hand sanitizing stations and free masks available.
