Paris Firefighters Deployed To Help Battle West Texas Wildfire

Two Paris firefighters have been deployed to West Texas to battle a major wildfire near Fort Davis. Matt Barbee and Quincy Blount are joining crews from throughout the state at the blaze, which officials say may have started with a lightning strike. The firefighters are part of the Texas Intrastate Fire Mutual Aid System, which is maintained by the Texas Forest Service.
