Paris ISD To Get Chromebooks, WIFI Connections

The Paris ISD has approved an interlocal agreement with Region IV Education Service Center to receive 1000 chromebooks and 500 AT&T WiFi internet connectivity devices for students to use at home. The equipment has a cost of $348,000 but the state will pay most of that. The district is only responsible for about $174,000.
