Paris police arrested 23 year old Demontre Trevor Allen in the 200 block of Clarksville Street on outstanding warrants stemming from an incident that took place in December of 2015 when he allegedly shot at a person. The intended victim was not injured. Allen was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Unlawfully carrying a firearm and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
