Paris Police responded to a man with a gun complaint in the 2100 block of E Cherry and made contact with 34 year old Derrick Dillard, who was wielding a large pipe towards another man. Dillard was placed under arrest for aggravated assault and the other man was arrested for a misdemeanor assault charge.
