29 year old Larry Darnell Hearne of Paris was arrested by officers who had responded to an assault call in the 1400 block of Fitzhugh. Hearne is accused of pushing a 47 year old woman to the ground and punching her. He also allegedly struck the victim with a board. He was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
