Paris Man Arrested for Assault

Paris Police responded to the 200 block of SE 5th in regards to a disturbance and were told that 32 year old Billie Simpson had allegedly pointed a handgun at two women while making threats toward them. Simpson denied the allegation, but was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
