Paris Man Arrested for Assault

Paris Police responded to the 300 block of NE 6^th in regards to a disturbance and were told that 45 year old Terry Norris had assaulted and choked his girlfriend. Norris had left the scene but was located a few blocks away and arrested for assault family violence by impeding breath.
