Paris Man Arrested For Assault Of A Family Member

Paris Police arrested 46-year-old Brian Kinley Baughn, of Paris, shortly after midnight on Thursday for assault of a family member with a previous conviction. Officers had responded to a third party call to his residence in the 3000-block of Bonham St. where it was reported that he had assaulted his common-law wife and would not allow her to call the police. Baughn was also charged with interfering with an emergency phone call.
