Paris police arrested an Irving man on a warrant for deadly conduct. 32 year old Lonnie Eugene Robbins the Third accidentally fired a weapon in the 1500 block of Lamar Avenue. The bullet traveled through the wall of a building and struck a mattress where three people were lying. There were no injuries.
