Paris Man Arrested for Felony DWI

Paris police responded to a stop sign  at the intersection of  NW 10^th and Tudor Street to check on a stopped car with the engine running and a man asleep behind the wheel. 24 year old Juan Diego Tierrablanca was arrested for DWI, and since he had several prior convictions for DWI, the charge was enhanced to a felony.
