Paris police were dispatched to a possible intoxicated driver in the 2000 block of Lamar Ave. Officers located the vehicle in the 900 block of Clarksville and arrested 59 year old Charles Black for driving while intoxicated. Due to previous DWI convictions, Black’s charge was enhanced to a felony.
