Paris Man Arrested for Narcotics Possession

Paris Police made contact with 36 year old Kenji Barr in the 300 block of E Washington after they saw him placing a clear plastic baggie which is commonly used for packaging illegal narcotics into his mouth. Officers restrained Barr and found him to be in possession of Lidocaine patches. Barr was arrested for tampering with physical evidence as well as other misdemeanor charges.
