Paris Man Arrested for Outstanding Felony Warrant

Paris Police made contact with 46 year old Elvin Covington in the 500 block of East Price and arrested him on an outstanding felony warrant for theft of property. The warrant stemmed from an investigation into the theft of a lawn mower and trailer on July 6th.
