Paris Man Arrested For Outstanding Warrants and Possession

Paris Police responded to  the 900 block of S Main and made contact with 49 year old  Roy Giles. He was arrested on outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled substance and tampering or fabricating evidence with intent to impair.
