Paris police were dispatched to the 400 block of SW 5th for a welfare concern and made contact with 46 year old Cody Brasham. He was found to have an outstanding warrant for a parole violation. In an unrelated case, 35 year old Nicholas Starling was arrested on a parole warrant after a traffic stop on East Washington.
