Paris Man Arrested for Shoplifting

Paris Police responded to the Beall’s Department Store on Lamar Ave in regards to a shoplifting complaint. Officers were told that 29 year old Corey Davis had selected merchandise and then left the store with that merchandise without paying. Davis was arrested for misdemeanor theft.  He was then found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
