Paris Police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 2100 block of E Cherry. Officers made contact with 18 year old Ramontrae Dudley who was seated inside a 2015 Toyota Highlander. Dudley was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. During the investigation the vehicle was found to be stolen from Everett Toyota. Dudley was arrested for theft of property $30K to $150K and possession of marijuana.
