A Paris Police Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 2800 block of NW 19th and made contact with the driver who was identified as 26 year old Matthew Geurin. Guerin was driving a Jeep Wrangler which had been reported stolen on Monday. Geurin was charged with Theft of Property over $2500 but less than $30K.
