Paris Man Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges

Paris Police made contact with 34 year old  Robert West during a traffic stop in the 2700 block of Clarksville Street. West was allegedly in possession of a small amount of marijuana, approximately ½ gram of  cocaine, and approximately 4 grams of  methamphetamine. He was arrested for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and several misdemeanor charges which included three outstanding warrants.
