Paris Men Arrested On Outstanding Parole Warrant

Paris Police responded to the parole office and made contact with 57 year old  Charles Finnie. He had an outstanding parole warrant and was taken into custody. And Paris Police responded to the 100 block of NW 19th and contact was made with 33 year old David Ingram. He was arrested on an outstanding parole warrant. He was also charged on another misdemeanor offense.
