Paris Man Attacked Entering Home

Paris Police responded to an attempted robbery in the 2500 block of E Price. A man told officers that as he was attempting to enter his residence, an unknown young black male attacked him from behind and struck him in the head several times with a brick. The suspect attempted to steal the victim’s wallet but was unsuccessful. The victim suffered severe head lacerations.
