Paris Man Caught In The Act, Arrested For Burglary

Paris Police arrested 23-year-old Jeremy Wayne Gibson, of Paris, after responding to a burglary in the 800-block of Clarksville. Gibson had exited the building carrying several items that belonged in the building and was being detained by security personnel. He was charged with burglary of a building and possession of a controlled substance.
