Paris Man Charged with Possession and Child Endangerment

Paris police responded to a driving while intoxicated call in the 3800 block of Lamar Ave. and made contact with 28 year old  Chad Dunn, who was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana as well as having children in the car with him. Dunn was arrested and charged with manufacturing or delivering controlled substance, endangering a child, and other charges.
