Paris Man Charged With Possession and Evading Arrest

28 year old Joshua Ray Allen, of Paris, was arrested in the 1900 block of W Walker St at 3:56 P.M.on April 3, 2016 after a brief foot chase. Allen had outstanding warrants for his arrest charging him with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Allen was also charged with evading arrest or detention.
