Paris Man Charged With Shooting Towards Neighbor

Paris  police responded to the 2600 block of W Houston after getting a report of shots fired. Officers were told that 62 year old Jerry Rhea had shot a gun in the direction of a neighboring house and also threatened to kill the neighbor. A shotgun and shell casings were found and Rhea was arrested for aggravated assault.
