Paris Man Indicted For Sexual Assault Of A Child

The latest panel of the Lamar County grand jury has indicted 35-year-old Elbert Luke Evans, of Paris, for one count of Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child and seven counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. He remains behind bars in lieu of $250,000 bond. He was arrested in December for the incidents, which allegedly occurred in March.
