Paris Man Killed In Accident Near Petty

State Troopers have identified the Paris man killed in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning. Investigators say 29-year-old Cruz Lopez lost control of his vehicle on FM 38 about three miles north of Petty, overcorrected, crashed through a utility pole and rolled into a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
