Paris Man Sentenced In Sulphur Springs

A 22-year-old Lamar County man has been sentenced in Hopkins County to 19 years in prison for violating his probation. D. Arquez Quajon Tennon, of Paris, had been sentenced to deferred adjudication probation for manslaughter in 2016 in connection with the crash on Hwy 19 north of Sulphur Springs that killed 19-year-old Enrique Mendoza of Cooper. Authorities arrested Tennon again in October for violating terms of his probation.
