Paris Police received information regarding two suspicious men and located them in the 1700 block of Bonham. A search of their vehicle turned up numerous pills and a shotgun. 34 year old Tarrance Brown and 34 year old Christopher Etters were arrested for delivery or offering to deliver a controlled substance and several misdemeanors. Etters was also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
