Paris Murder Suspect Turns Himself Into Officials

That hunt for Larmar County’s murder suspect, Dykalen Donnell Douglas, 18, is over. Instead, he turned himself in to the Lamar County Sheriff’s office. Paris Police had issued a murder warrant for Douglas, who allegedly shot and killed Hirael Shawn Rios, 31, in the face after an argument on West Cherry Street Saturday afternoon. Rios died shortly afterward at Paris Regional Medical Center.
