Paris Officers On Leave After Fatal Shooting Back On Duty

The two Paris Police Officers placed on administrative leave after an officer-involved shooting on January 23 have returned to duty status. Reportedly, 30-year-old James Lewis Mathis, III, displayed two large knives in a threatening manner towards the officers and refused to drop the weapons.
