Paris Pair Arrested After Shots Fired

Paris Police responded to a shots fired call in the 2100 block of Bonham and were told that a subject in a car had been firing a pistol at a pick-up. Several shots allegedly hit a house.  Officers later located 20 year old Wesley Shumaker in the 100 block of SW 41st and arrested him for deadly conduct and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Officers also made contact with 19 year old Blake Stephens  located a .40 cal  handgun and ammunition in his vehicle. He was charged tampering with evidence and two other misdemeanor charges.
