Paris Police arrested 42 year old Rickey Dotson and 31 year old Jami Comstock in the 1000 block of SE 6th on outstanding felony warrants. Dotson and Comstock were both charged on 2 counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and Dotson also had a misdemeanor warrant out of Hardeman County.
