Paris Police arrested 18 year old Rodrigo Hernandez, of Paris, at 6:30 P.M. on March 22, 2016 on warrants charging him with Racing on highway causing serious bodily injury or death and accident involving death. Both charges are felony offenses. The investigation led officers to identifying Hernandez as the driver of the red Mustang that was involved in the fatality accident that occurred on March 18, 2016 in the 1900 block of Lamar Ave. Also arrested was 17 year old Jennifer Lynn Robledo. Robledo was a passenger in the red Mustang. Robledo is charged with false report to a police officer.
