Paris PD Arrest Man for Drug Possession

A Lamar County man was arrested following a traffic stop by Paris police in the 600 block of NE 5th Street.  The driver of the vehicle, 34 year old Selwyn Saad Byrd of Paris gave officers permission to search the vehicle, and  he was arrested after officers discovered synthetic marijuana and crack cocaine.
