Paris PD Arrests Man for Parole Violations and Evading Arrest

Paris police responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of East Grove and a male suspect fled from the officers. The subject eventually stopped and was identified as 24 year old Miguel Scales. He was wanted on a parole violation warrant.  Scales was also charged with evading arrest.
