Paris PD Investigate Fatal Accident

Paris Police are continuing to investigate a fatal pickup vs pedestrian accident in the 700 block of SW Loop 286. Officers found that a 46-year-old woman had been struck by a 2014 Ford F-150 while she was walking in the roadway. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing. The name of the woman was being withheld pending next of kin notification.
