Paris PD Investigates Counterfeit Cash

Paris Police responded to a forgery complaint in the 1600 block of N Main. Officers were told that a man had passed counterfeit money at the business. He remained on scene and spoke with police, advising that he had received the counterfeit money as change from a purchase. No arrest was made and the investigation is ongoing.
