Paris PD Investigates Stolen Weapons From Cars

Paris Police are investigating a rash of weapons thefts from vehicles. A weapon was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 4200-block of Castlegate. A .40 caliber handgun and jewelry were taken from a vehicle in the 400-block of Johnson Woods Drive. Two rifles were taken from a truck in the 2600-block of Lamar Avenue. A woman’s purse containing a .380 pistol was stolen in the 3500-block of NE Loop 286.
