Paris PD Looking for Attempted Kidnapping Suspect

Paris Police responded to a possible attempted kidnapping in the 3100 block of Clarksville. Officers learned that a man had attempted to pick up a child as the child was walking with the mother. The mother picked up the child and the man fled from the scene. The mother of the intended victim gave only a very general description of the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
