Paris PD Make Shoplifting Arrest

Paris Police responded to the 3500 block of Lamar Ave in regards to a shoplifter complaint. Officers were provided a description of the suspect and made contact with 31 year old  Candi Cole  who was found to be in possession of several items of clothing from the store which had not been paid for. Cole was placed under arrested for theft as well as several misdemeanor warrants. Cole had two previous theft convictions and the theft charge was enhanced to a felony offense.
