Paris PD Officer Found Not Liable

A federal jury in Plano has found Paris police officer Ronnica Blake not  liable of violating  the  4^th amendment  rights  of Ali JO Burress’.  Those rights concern protections against  unlawful search and seizure and the case involved a strip search.  Burress had filed the suit in 2013.  She has been missing since she crashed  her car into a ditch in 2015 and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
