Paris PD To Modify Operations

The Paris News reports that Police Chief Bob Hundley will be making some changes in the department in the wake of the George Floyd incident in Minneapolis. Some of the changes, such as the officer use of a choke-hold, were already in effect but will now be officially published in regulations. Another change will require police officers to intervene if they witness unnecessary force by another officer.
