Paris PD Traffic Stop Leads to Meth Bust

38 year old Robert Allen West was arrested by Paris police after he was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an outstanding warrant.  The officer then found a cigarette package inside the vehicle that contained two small baggies of methamphetamine. West was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
